Ozay Pharma reserves the rights to only process and ship orders if the following terms and conditions are accepted with a confirmed agreement from the purchaser. The purchaser agrees to adhere to all these company regulations when placing an order.

The material contained on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to promote or to support the taking of pharmaceutical products. By viewing this information and purchasing pharmaceutical products you agree to have harmless buy at Ozay Pharma.

The descriptions and opinions offered in this website are not medical suggestions or advice.Every client who contemplates taking these drugs should always first consult to a licensed pharmacist.The improper and unsupervised usage can cause damaging and permanent side effects. It is therefore imperative that you always read the patient information leaflet before you start taking any medicine and that you have to check that the product you have ordered is in the correct strength and form.

2. Products & Guarantee

All of our products have printed expiration dates. We do not send products with expired date.

3.Shipping:

We have three shipping methods: Express Mail Service(EMS),Aramex and FedEx. Shipments are made from Turkey.

4. Purchasing Terms

To order products from us you have to be at least 18 years of age. Ozay Pharma takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the purchase and the purchaser's country of origin. All products are shipped at the full risk of the purchaser.Ozay Pharma reserves the rights towards any legal action that might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws of the destination country. 

After the payment has been processed we give the custumer a chance to change or update his/her address and/or the ordered items within 24 hours. In such cases those customers must immediately send us an e-mail with your changes. The order number must be enclosed when writing about changes in the order.

5. Delivery of Products

We will deliver the ordered products to the address given by you at the time you have made your order. We will try to deliver your products within .5-10 business days but delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates that we give you for the delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any lost costs, damages, stoppage by customs, charges by the postal service or expenses caused by any delay in delivering  the products to you unless it is caused by our negligence. You will become the owner of the products you have ordered once they have been delivered to you. Once the products have been delivered we no longer have any responsibility for any lost or damaged products.

6. Return Policy and Refunds

Before returning any products to us for whatever reason, it is important that you contact us by e-mail to inform us of your intention and reasons for doing so. In case the products from the customer reaches us in a faulty or damaged condition we will replace your order free of charge. In case where loss, damage or delay is due to an incorrect delivery address being given to us, a refund will not be offered. The customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation and postage costs.If your goods are seized by arrival country customs we are unable to refund any money or replace your order.

If incorrect shipping information is provided by the purchaser the order might be misdelivered or returned to sender Ozay Pharma. Postal service and other express courriers are not responsible for the loss or theft of shipments after delivery to the address specified by the customer. If you do not receive the purchased products within 20 days of the date you have ordered then you must notify us at our contact e-mail after 30 days  you have ordered the products. 

If the delivered products are not what you have ordered, or damaged or incorrect quantity you have to notify us accordingly within 3 days of receipt of the products. 

7. Cancellation policy

You may cancel your order before your order is shipped (within 24 hours). Please send an email to us.We cannot accept order cancellation once the order has been shipped or processed.
